We work to keep product specifications accurate, but the site is provided on an "as is" basis for general information. Specifications, part numbers, availability and prices may change without notice and are confirmed only in a written quotation or order acknowledgement. Measured values are typical unless stated otherwise.
Products are supplied as components
Ashwing products — including filters, amplifier modules, detectors and antennas — are supplied as components and modules for integration by qualified buyers. Power amplifier modules in particular are sold for OEM integration and for use by licensed radio operators. They are not consumer end products and are not supplied as range extenders for unlicensed devices.
Regulatory & export compliance
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the operation of any product complies with the radio, power-output, frequency and licensing rules of the buyer's jurisdiction (for example FCC 47 CFR in the United States, or CE/ETSI in Europe), and for obtaining any required authorization. The buyer is also responsible for compliance with applicable export-control and import regulations. Nothing on this site is an assurance of regulatory authorization in any particular country.
Intellectual property
The Ashwing name, logo, product designs, text and images on this site are the property of Ashwing and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ashwing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its information. Product warranties, where offered, are set out in the applicable quotation, order documents or datasheet.
